DataFest @ Emory is a weekend-long data analysis competition for undergraduate students. Undergraduate teams receive a real-world dataset to analyze and interpret. The competition originated at UCLA in 2011 and now takes place all over the country. It is a true celebration for the data science community!
The QTM Institute provides statistical consultants, meals, and snacks for competitors all weekend long, as well as cash prizes for the the teams whose insights impress the judges the most. Industry sponsorships can help us expand these offerings.
